We are offering an original alsacian cuisine with true classics such as Sauerkraut, Käseknepfle (Spätzle with chesse) or Bäckerofe (casserole dish). Chef Thierry Schwaller is adding his personal note to each of our dishes. But also his own creations such as the salomon Big Mac or the Brioche à Foie Gras show Thierry’s finesse.
Besides the Fink’Stuebel offers a fine selection of regional wines.
