Thierry Schwaller is the chef of the Fink’Stuebel and is running the restaurant together with his wife Sophie since 18 years.
Thierry originally is from Sarreburg in the region of Lorraine. It is there where he learned his craft in inns like
„Le Soldat de l’An II“ in Phalsburg, the „Cerf de Marlenheim“, at the „l’Auberge Saint-Walfrid“ in Sarreguemines and at „Lorain à la Côte Saint Jacques“ in Joigny.
Thierry knows exactly what it needs to be a chef: a craftsman with true passion for his profession, being open minded for creativity and innovation and of course always having an open ear for the needs of his guests.
That’s the way that Thierry and Sophie run their restaurant. An original Alsatian Winstub right in the heart of Strasbourg.
