Thierry and Sophie Schwaller welcome you in the former post-office of the Finkwiller area which they transformed in a traditional alsatian restaurant that comes with its very own charming and familial atmosphere.

Timber-framed walls, parquet, coloured beams, traditional furniture and Kelsch-cloth let the Fink’Stuebel become a original Alsatian Winstub.

Thierry and Sophie acquired the skills of thier craftmanship in famous taverns surch as “Le soldat de l’An II” in Phalsbourg, “Le Cerf” in Marlenheim, “Saint Walfrid” in Sarreguemines and “Lorain” in Joigny. With this knowledge they made the Fink’Stuebel a place of gusto.

The menu is rich of diversity and includes a three way Duck-Foie Gras (nature half cooked, marinated with Pinot Noir, pepper crust), pot-au-feu salat, calf head, Brioche with Foie Gras etc.
